Refugee and Migrant Sunday
The World day of Migrants and Refugees 2007 (Refugee and Migrant Sunday) was celebrated internationally by the Catholic Church on Sunday, January 14th, 2007 and in Australia on Sunday 26th August 2007 except for those Dioceses who chose a different date for local reasons.
The National Council of Churces in Australia (NCCA) - Christian World Service (CWS) was also celebrating the Migrant and Refugee Sunday 26 August 2007 - the theme this year was "Responsibility to Protect".
